I enjoy designing and implementing different projects, mostly for friends, I do it in my spare time and am lucky enough to have many people around me who help.

I enjoy creating and planning and so far have brought fun and happiness to at least a few people, hopefully more soon.

many of my personal projects sprout from and idea or conversation, and grow into sometimes massive endeavours.

Photography is of course one of my main proffesions for some years working semi proffessionally.

You can see some of my work in galleries, i have also done a few corporate shoots, and a little advertising work

Video and image

I have set some of my skills to corporate video and some training video work and know my way around a camera and editing suite.

The treasure hunt of 2010

This is a large scale adult treasure hunt we are organising for Ben Templeton and Ash-Rose Moons birthdays that is due in early August 2010, that encompasses the Bristol area.
Myself and Dan course are currently in the planning stages, and will be recruiting vollenteers and also looking for ideas.

The treasure
The treasure is a collection of brass, costume jewelry, and wooden tokens painted gold and silver.

The is also all manner of trinkets and oddities, with an "old world" feeling.

The chest
The chest is hewn from antique oak, exactingly cut to within mm of the required sizes by the help of a very patient and helpful Mo from Robbert Mills Ltd who allowed me the honour of using some antique wood from some unfixable draw unit and a good deal of his spare time to helping me, I am deeply endebted.

The adventure
Yet to happen

Princess

It started out as a simple idea of writing a fairytale and then drawing it onto a scroll as a continuous picture, however it soon grew, and after writting about 14 pages I realised that an illustrated story might be better.

my drawing skills are terrible so to complete it i decided that the only way was to trace images, so with my laptop help awkwardly as a lightbox I traced every concievable image, compositing some of them and then colouring them all in by hand.

After weeks of work it was finished, I then recorded the story as an MP3, and created a fairytale package with a pass the parcel style wrapping each layer decorated, first in briars and thorns, the next layer a door, and the final layer a chest.

Inside an array of princess playstuff, a wand, tiara, a small toy pony, and some other things with the scroll housed safely inside and an audio cd.

Something i have done for some time, but not at regular intervals is try to capture my day in pictures, nothing revolutionary, but fun and I find interesting

Origami

Some years back I learnt a little origami, it ammuses me and keeps me out of trouble, I am no great master, but enjoy it.

Cooking

I love to cook and some of my recipes and favourite food are to be found on my recipies page.

I worked for a year in a fabulous restaurant Bocanova, run by humberto Banks, who was kind enough to hire me and teach me a lot.

And I have never forgotten to food, its always about the food..

Travel

I love to travel, I seem to manage to get away a fair bit, so far so lucky at least, and enjoy extended sojourns abroad.

Thus far I have made it to a number of countries.

And have my fair share of experiences and stories to tell, lets hope there are many more such trips to come.

When the mood strikes me, I write a little, nothing spectacular, but it keeps me amused.

I sing when I am alone, or occasionally in company, though cant remember the dratted words. still have a few original songs and help my sister a bit.

Time to time I write short stories, or in some cases long ones.

I used to carve a fair bit, back in the old days, and occasionally turn my hand to it again, its a pleasurable persuit.
